Our On-site Fitness Classes include:

Body Blast
Combines fun cardio routines with specific muscle conditioning exercises for a total body workout. An exciting and challenging class that has continually proved to be a fast, efficient and highly-effective way to get workouts done in a flash.

Cardio Kickboxing
Fun, high energy class that provides a total body workout including core conditioning. Focuses on basic kickboxing techniques (jabs, punches and kicks) combining high and low impact aerobics moves.

Pilates on the Mat
Blend of deep breathing combined with targeted muscle-based stretches from the abdominal and back muscles. Creates balance and core strength, improves overall health, quality of life and personal appearance.

Strength & Stretch
Resistance strengthening using bands and deep stretching for long, lean muscles. Increases strength while improving range of motion, reducing injury and avoiding excess muscle mass gain.

Tai Chi
Slow, graceful movements designed to focus and the mind. Muscles and joints are in motion and breathing is regulated. Calming and de-stressing, gives a means for motor control, balance, flexibility and can help improve posture and loosen tight muscles.

Poses are linked together to synchronize the body's motions and the breath, which increases mental focus, flexibility and strength. Helps to facilitate the movement of breath and energy through the body, focusing on alignment, for a grounding and energizing experience.

Fusion of Latin and international music and dance, featuring salsa, meringue, cumbia and samba combined with aerobic/fitness interval training. A mixture of sculpting movements and easy-to-follow dance steps designed to tone the whole body.
